About Hadir Chat

We built Hadir Chat because businesses in the Gulf are forced to choose between a limited Arabic tool and a global platform that does not understand Arabic.

Why

The gap is plain: local tools are a WhatsApp inbox, and global platforms are a full helpdesk with weak Arabic and hosting outside the region. Nobody credibly does both.

What we focus on

Three things: hosting in the region the business chooses, real Arabic on every screen, and a full helpdesk rather than chat alone. Everything else we aim to be merely adequate at.
