Customer support platform in Saudi Arabia — WhatsApp, Salla, Zid and data inside the Kingdom

Hadir Chat is built for the Saudi business: an Arabic interface, Salla and Zid integration, a ZATCA-compliant tax invoice, and data held in Riyadh and Jeddah.

Data inside the Kingdom

The Personal Data Protection Law has been enforceable since 14 September 2024. Saudi workspaces are created in Riyadh with disaster recovery in Jeddah, and data is not moved outside the Kingdom. An Arabic data processing agreement is available on request.

Salla and Zid inside the conversation

The agent sees the order, its status and value beside the customer's conversation, so the customer is never asked to explain the order again. Connected through OAuth from the store dashboard, with no keys to copy by hand.

Official WhatsApp Business

Through Meta's official Cloud API only. Your number and your account, with approved templates, the 24-hour window and number quality in front of the agent.

Billing

Prices in Saudi riyals, with VAT and a tax invoice carrying the QR code ZATCA requires. Payment through local gateways and mada cards.

Who it is for

Online stores on Salla and Zid, service companies whose customers arrive on WhatsApp, and businesses that have outgrown a simple WhatsApp tool and need a help centre, SLAs and reporting.
