Where is my customer data held?

Wherever you choose. You set the region when the workspace is created — Riyadh, Jeddah or the UAE — and its data stays there; we do not relocate it later. If none of those fits, a workspace can be created with no residency commitment, and we say so plainly rather than promising something we will not hold to.

Do I get a tax invoice?

Yes. Prices are in Saudi riyals and a tax invoice follows every payment.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.

What happens if I go over my plan's conversations?

Nothing stops, and nothing extra is charged. The number on a plan is what it is sized for, not a cut-off — we will tell you as you approach it and when you pass it, and suggest the plan that fits if it becomes your normal.
