The free trial

Fourteen days, no card, no commitment. If you do not start a plan the workspace is paused and nothing is deleted.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel at any time; everything stays active until the end of the paid month. Paid months are not refunded.

Yearly subscriptions

Cancel within the first thirty days and the unused whole months are refunded. After that the subscription stays active to its end without a refund.

Hadir AI credit

Prepaid credit is not refunded in cash and stays valid for as long as the workspace exists.

Upgrades and downgrades

An upgrade applies now and charges only the difference for the days left. A downgrade applies at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for.

Billing errors

Any amount charged in error is returned in full to the same payment method within ten working days of confirmation.
